Impact of the alert

The impact of an alert is determined by both the severity of the included metrics and how deviations spread across correlated metrics and nodes:

Low (0): The alert does not contain any red or blood red deviations.

Medium (1): The alert contains at least one red or blood red deviation, but only one node is impacted, and less than 75% of that node's metrics are severely deviated.

High (2): The alert contains multiple red or blood red deviations. If only one node is involved, more than 75% of its metrics are in a red or blood red state. Nodes with only one metric will trigger a high alert if that metric has a red deviation. If more than one node has red or blood red deviations, the alert is always at least of high impact.

severe (3): The alert has at least 4 nodes with red or blood red deviations.

This impact can be used to define customized actions.
